In The Studio

My studio isn't a grand room filled with easels and north-facing windows. Right now, it's my kitchen table.

It's here that photographs of everyday Britain gradually become paintings - one layer and one brushstroke at a time.

My Palette & Materials

I work with Liquitex acrylic paints, using a limited, muted palette to create atmospheric and characterful scenes.

I build each painting in layers, keeping visible brushstrokes to capture the feel and energy of the moment.

My inspiration comes from real places, real people and the everyday scenes that make Britain unique.
